Project Protocol
The WillowHill Group consultant(s) will come on site , gather essential information through preliminary interviews and review any prior data compilations/reports. Once this is complete we will begin our off-site research and analysis, following off-site research and analysis, we will revisit your facilities for follow up questions/interviews if required. Our team generally requires about 3 weeks to complete the audit/review. This depends on the size of the organization, its complexity and the availability of key personnel throughout the project.

- We are “independent” professionals and Not associated with any specific software or hardware vendor/supplier. Thus Not influenced to make judgments which are/may be swayed by VAR (value-added reseller agreements).
- We work directly with our clients and assist with vendor negotiations. This approach can be quit effective in negotiating substantial cost savings for our clients.
- Our consultants have both selection and implementation expertise in may of the key industry standard enterprise systems and have extensive hands-on experiences from which to leverage best practices.

We often provide training on the selected ERP as well as change management services to help facilitate the adoption of new procedures.
